Organizations that provide support and educational services have unique leadership and design needs. This training is based on the Institute’s thirty years of organizational experience and its integration of the teachings in Susan Trout’s The Soul and Service Trilogy and many of the learning organization precepts of Peter Senge (author of The Fifth Discipline). As an educational and experiential training, it addresses organizational and leadership issues within the context of an organic, holographic, and inspired model. The role of shared vision, personal mastery, mental models, systems thinking, team learning, group process, stages of organizational evolution, and principles for organizational wellbeing are discussed. Participants have an opportunity to apply these concepts to their organization. Both non-profit and for-profit organizations have found this training adaptable to their setting.
