Carolyn Ducca – In 2004, Carolyn retired from a 32-year career with the Arlington County Juvenile Court, where she worked with program development and evaluation, staff training, counseling, leadership development, and administrative duties. She was a member of an interdepartmental team responsible for guiding the county toward becoming a high performance organization, increasing the capabilities of its staff, and implementing principles of leadership, diversity, and teamwork county-wide.  Carolyn holds degrees in Child and Family Development, Family Relations, and Clinical Psychology.  She began her association with IAS in 1990, participating on many teaching teams and joined the Board in 1996, serving as Treasurer since  1999.
