Meditation is a spiritual practice that can uplift and strengthen our connection to our Soul, or Inner Leader, that part of us that oversees our wellbeing and works for the highest good of all.  Holding this connection in meditation is challenging because we live in a world of ever-increasing intensity and distraction.  It is also these qualities of our current world–emblematic of the turbulent transition from the Piscean to the Aquarian era–which make the regular practice of meditation so critical.  By cultivating an inner connection to the sacred through meditation, we develop inner balance and spiritual awareness–the only inner state from which we can truly serve both ourselves and humanity at this unique time in our planet’s history.

This class will provide:

  • Teachings on the esoteric purpose of meditation–we will explore why, without the regular practice of meditation, we hinder our spiritual growth
  • Different meditation techniques each week–individuals resonate differently with different ways to meditate; learning alternative techniques can offer new ways to deepen our connection with the Soul
  • Group meditation–periods of each class will be spent in guided or silent group meditation

Beginners to meditation as well as those with a regular meditation practice will find this class a supportive opportunity to develop and deepen their spiritual practice.  This class will be particularly helpful for those who struggle with maintaining a regular meditation practice.
