The Clarion Way: Studies & Practices

Studies in Service, Leadership, and Organizational Design

Studies and Practices of The Clarion Way reflect the teachings of the psychospiritual path of the Institute based on The Soul and Service Trilogy. They provide instruction, practical tools, and guidance for soul development in holographic leadership, service, and group life during this challenging period in our planet’s history.

All Institute offerings are led by extensively trained and highly motivated volunteer teaching staff. Teaching staff members complete the Institute’s core six-month training in The Clarion Way before being invited to present or serve on a teaching team. They subsequently apply the Institute’s holographic philosophy and structures to their preparation and leadership.

The Institute views its services as adjuncts to traditional medical and mental health care. As such, IAS course offerings are not intended to be psychotherapy, medical therapy or a substitute for either one. Participants and volunteers are required to assume self-responsibility for their well-being by seeking, when appropriate, psychological and medical professional services. As co-partners in the courses in which they are enrolled, participants are asked to set intentions, do assignments, respect IAS communication guidelines, and in all ways participate with self-responsibility for their wellbeing.
